According to a preview article published by the American music media Billboard on the 30th, 'Arirang' has topped the main album chart 'Billboard 200' (dated April 4). It entered the chart with 641,000 album units, marking the best weekly performance for a group album since the introduction of unit tracking in December 2014. Of these, 532,000 were pure album sales (physical and digital purchases). This sets a new record for the highest weekly sales for a group album in over a decade.

They also dominated global music charts. BTS swept the weekly charts of the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify (tracking period: March 20-26), including 'Weekly Top Albums', 'Weekly Top Songs', and 'Weekly Top Artists' global charts. Notably, the title track 'SWIM' reached number one on the 'Weekly Top Songs Global', and all 14 tracks from the new album secured spots within the top 30.

'SWIM' maintained the top position on Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' and Apple Music's 'Top 100 Global' for 9 days (March 20-28) and 7 days (March 23-29), respectively. Additionally, all tracks from the album were listed on the latest chart rankings of both platforms. Even ten days after release, not only the title track but all the tracks are enjoying widespread popularity, proving the love of global music fans.
